Do you sell to companies only, or to anyone?
Both. We invoice companies and we also sell to an independent tradesperson. 5.427 products, no minimum order beyond each item's own packaging unit.
How do I know if there is stock?
Stock on every product page is refreshed from our ERP every 15 minutes, and checked again when you place the order. Right now 1.361 products are physically in the warehouse.
And if there is no stock?
We order it from the factory or bring it from another branch. We confirm the lead time before you decide — nothing is charged while you think about it.
How much is delivery?
$4.000 within the Santiago municipality and $7.000 anywhere else in Chile, whatever it weighs. Branch pick-up is free. Heavy machinery travels on special transport and is quoted separately.
Do you invoice?
Yes. At checkout you tick "I need an invoice" and enter your company name and line of business.
I am not sure which one I need.
